Located on the western slope of the Colombian Central Mountain Range, on the border between the municipalities of Sevilla and Caicedonia in the Valle del Cauca department, owned by the Salgado-Aguirre family with four generations working in the coffee industry. We work with respect for our traditions while applying new techniques to produce high-quality coffee. We use controlled fermentation processes and maintain complete traceability records of our micro-lots from a single day of harvest. The traditional coffee production farm mainly grows the Castillo variety (90%) and Colombia Supremo variety (10%) at altitudes between 1440 and 1500 meters above sea level.
