The Fantasy Project is developed on a 50-hectare estate: a.- Coffee cultivation: spans 20 hectares, divided into 12 lots with varieties of Castillo 63%, Pink Bourbon 1%, Caturra 6%, Cenicafe 16%, Colombia 3%, Geisha 3%, and Supremo 9%. b.- A native forest of 20 hectares with species such as Oak, Jigua, Guadua, Sacha Inchi, Cachimbo, Aguacatillo, Táchelo among others, and in this forest, we protect 12 water springs. c.- For future development, we have 10 hectares. We carry out processing methods including anaerobic fermentation, sun drying, and silo drying, and we process washed, honey, and natural coffees. We have all the physical infrastructure and equipment to carry out these processes.
